Even less computer savvy customers enjoy our simple, intuitive user interface. And their personal information is safe because our ordering system uses state-of-the-art 1024-bit encrypted security. When sales are heavy, customers still have no problem buying tickets. Our computer servers are housed in data centers that guarantee 99.9% uptime. So even the busiest “on sales” are no problem.

Phone Sales
Quick, personable, and informative phone sales. Some customers prefer ordering by phone. We’ve got them covered. Our courteous sales staff and customer service representatives do more than take orders. We guide customers through the ordering process and answer their questions. We’ve made customer service a priority because we know that our staff is an extension of your organization. We believe that customers should be able to reach a person almost immediately by phone. We don't let them get caught up in a complicated call tree. The Ticket Alternative Contact Center is located in Atlanta and open from 9am to 9pm EST Monday - Friday and from 10am to 7pm on Saturday.
Outlet Sales
Purchase tickets in person. Retail ticket outlets add another point of sale. Our TA Remote Sales System is a Web-based application that local outlets use to sell and print tickets from their computers. To ask about setting up a new outlet in your area, please call your account manager.
Box Office Sales
Simple installation with a host of features. Sell and print tickets from your box office using the TA Remote Sales System. Our box office system is a Web-based application that allows your sales representatives to sell tickets in real time from the same inventory as everyone else. We offer a complete turnkey solution. We can supply your entire system, including Point-Of-Sale computers and thermal ticket printers. Or, if you already have compatible hardware, we can install the TA Remote Sales System on your computer system.
Onsite Sales
Portable solution to sell and print tickets. Using the TA Remote Sales System, you can continue to sell and print tickets from your event site after online and phone sales are shut down. Whether you operate a venue or just need a portable solution to sell and print tickets at an outdoor festival, we can customize a solution for you.
Delivery & Fulfillment
A variety of options. We offer a wide variety of delivery options including US Mail, FedEx, and Print-At-Home ticketing, available in a variety of combinations on a per-event basis. Our Will-Call service allows your customers to pick up their tickets at the entrance to your event. Use our pre-printed Will-Call envelopes or, if you prefer to print custom envelopes, contact your account representative for pricing.
Remote Box Office Sales
Sell and print tickets from your box office using our advanced technology. You submit your event details to us and your Ticket Alternative account manager will build, maintain, and manage your events in the ticketing system. We handle individual event scaling, sales, promotions, discounts, group sales, and other marketing services for you. We can even handle your box office phone calls.
The Remote Box Office Sales system requires a Boca thermal ticket printer, which you can rent or purchase from us. The software and printer installation takes less than an hour. Learning the easy-to-use system interface takes about one hour. There is no need to wait for a support person to visit your location. Your account manager will guide you through the installation and training from one of our offices at no charge.
TA Express Entry
Speed up entry with Print-At-Home tickets and TA Express Entry. We send your customers Print-At-Home tickets electronically in PDF format (often called e-tickets or TicketFast® tickets). Your customers print their own tickets on a desktop printer. The TA Express Entry system verifies the authenticity of each Print-At-Home ticket. At the event, simply scan each customer's ticket with a handheld wireless scanner. The scan verifies each barcode and allows only one entry per barcode by accessing a database in real-time. After a barcode has been used, it cannot be used again.
You can rent or purchase the full equipment package from us, including one or more scanners to scan the barcodes, a laptop that holds the database of valid barcodes, and a wireless access point to communicate between the scanners and laptop. TA Express Entry eliminates the time spent processing tickets at Will-Call.

Onsite Sales
Sell and print tickets from a temporary box office onsite. The Onsite Sales system is perfect for large festivals and 'one-off' events. We supply the software and all of the equipment, including ticket printers and handheld wireless scanners to validate tickets at each entry point.
Access Control
Fast, secure event access with extensive reporting. All Ticket Alternative tickets (including Print-At-Home tickets) have unique numbering and barcodes. With our barcode scanning package, TA Express Entry, you can verify all tickets upon entry. We can provide all the equipment you’ll need or we can install TA Express Entry on your hardware. This system tracks the total number of people that have and have not entered the event and timestamps each entry. It also allows you to void tickets manually during entry. If you need more scanners for larger events, no problem—TA Express Entry is scalable to meet the demands of any event.
Survey Your Patrons
Obtain marketing information from your patrons with survey questions such as “How did you hear about this event?” Collect and view the responses in a simple online report.

When you set up an account, we’ll provide you with a client login and password to access the support system 24 hours per day. This system is used to create new events, make changes to existing events, submit questions, and for emergency support. Your submissions are forwarded to all available support representatives to ensure your requests are handled as quickly as possible.
