How do we do it? It’s simple. Since Internet usage has increased, most ticket sales occur online. Our services are covered by the small convenience fee added to the ticket price paid by the purchaser. The fee starts at $1.75 + 5% of the ticket price. Your customers would rather order tickets online from Ticket Alternative and pay much less for their tickets.

Your customers order tickets from our web site or by calling our toll-free phone number. We provide secure credit card processing and verification at no charge to you. You don't need your own merchant account. Your customers receive an order confirmation by email. They can choose to receive their ticket via email, you can just use a pre-paid gust list or 'will call'. We can mail tickets to your customers until 10 days before the event. We will mail you any unsold tickets for sale at the door should you need them.

We mail your payment the first business day following your event or send it via ACH transfer. For a small fee, you can choose a wire transfer and have the funds deposited directly into your bank account.
