How do we do it? It’s simple. Since Internet usage has increased, most ticket sales occur online. Our services are covered by the small convenience fee added to the ticket price paid by the purchaser. The fee is $1.50 + 5% of the ticket price. Your customers would rather order tickets online from Ticket Alternative and pay much less for their tickets.

Your customers order tickets from our web site or by calling our toll-free phone number. We provide secure credit card processing and verification at no charge to you. You don't need your own merchant account. Your customers receive an order confirmation by email. They can choose to receive their ticket via email, you can just use a pre-paid gust list or 'will call'. We can mail tickets to your customers until 10 days before the event. We will mail you any unsold tickets for sale at the door should you need them.

The only equipment you'll need is a PC (to check sales reports online) and a desktop printer (to download and print your Will-Call lists). It takes 15 minutes to set up your account and about one hour to get an event online and start selling tickets. You can manage multiple events with one account.

We mail your payment the first business day following your event. For a small fee, you can choose a wire transfer and have the funds deposited directly into your bank account.

Detailed Sales Reports

You have full access to sales reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our systems provide real-time sales reports and customer details—names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. The reports are available in three formats: PDF (Adobe Acrobat), CSV (Microsoft Excel Comma Seperated Values), and XLS (Microsoft Excel Worksheet). You can import the data directly into your databases.
