ATLANTA, GA—Ticket Alternative will provide turnkey solutions for both general admission and reserved seating venues of all sizes beginning this May. The expanded services will be made possible by the launch of Ticket Alternative's new ticketing software platform.
Ticket Alternative acquired the software from Paciolan (Ticketmaster Irvine).
“We chose Paciolan (Ticketmaster Irvine) because its software was the most trusted and customizable,“ said Iain Bluett, president of Ticket Alternative. “We retain complete brand recognition while providing our clients with industry-leading ticketing software. For our customers the switch to the new software is seamless, and the benefits are tremendous.“
Added Bluett, “We expect to continue the 30-percent-growth margin we've maintained year after year.”
Current clients can look forward to several notable features such as automated renewals for season ticket holders and customizable item packages. Ticket Alternative will also provide both the NCAA Division II men's football and basketball teams with the same advanced ticketing software used by Division I teams.
