How Does It Work? Once Your Account Has Been Created, Submit Your Event Details
- Log in to your account and submit your event details.
- Your dedicated account manager will build your event/venue page and begin listing your event.
- No complicated interface to learn.
- Your account manager will build, maintain, and manage your events in the ticketing system. We handle individual event scaling, sales, promotions, discounts, group sales, etc for you.
Your venue page
- Extensive information for your venue, including your address, age limits, ticket on-sale dates and much more.
- Direct link to your web site to your own home page on www.ticketalternative.com
- Link to your home page and to Mapquest for directions to your event/venue.
Customers then pick the event they are interested in and click ‘find tickets’ to choose seats.
What Your Customers See
- Detailed event information including headlining act, support acts, event information, ticket prices, age restrictions and door times.
- If your event has reserved seating, your customers will have access to a seating chart.
- Customers select the type of ticket and the number they require.
- Customers select a shipping method. There is no charge to have tickets delivered via USPS, Will Call or Print At Home.
- Delivery methods include:
- US Mail
- USPS Postal service
- Will Call
- Pick up at venue
- Print At Home
- Customer prints ticket at home and presents at venue for verification by scanned barcode
- FedEx
- Expedited Delivery
- Customers enter a promotion code or discount code.

Order Review
- Customers view order details including the name of the event, date, time, venue, seat location, and total amount of sale.
- New customers enter their information and set up an account via our secure server.
- Returning customers are able to bypass this step by logging in with their username and previously created password.
Order Confirmation - The Final Process
- Customers must agree to our terms and conditions to be able to complete the sale
- Customers print this page for their records.
- Customers instantly receive a detailed receipt via email.
Customers are also to obtain help via our toll-free number 877-725-8849 and may also place their order over the phone if they choose.
- Customers can login to their account at anytime and view past and present orders
- Customers can resend Print At Home tickets
- Customers can resend Will Call receipts
