Ballena's Seats3D product is the market leader in sports venue 3D visualization. Their technology creates realistic seating visuals to improve the on-line ticketing experience by familiarizing potential customers with a facility.  This technology provided MNU fans a smooth transition to their new 20,000 seat stadium by displaying rich, 3D visualizations of the stadium during the ticket buying process, enabling fans to preview their seats with a virtual view of the field. 

Here’s how it works:

Ticket buyers securely log-in to the MNU site.

Fans are greeted with a user-friendly how-to video on using the 3D tool.

Once the user logs in, they see a full view of the stadium and are able to select their seats.

The seat view shows pricing for every seating option throughout the stadium.

Fans also have the option of viewing only the stadium’s premium seats.

Fans can select specific sections, down to the row and seat, and virtually experience exactly where they’ll be and what they’ll see in the stadium. This feeling increases engagement and drives customer loyalty during the purchasing process.

Aside from easing the logistics behind the move to the new stadium, Ballena’s technology also allows fans to renew, relocate, or upgrade their seats, all completely integrated with their season ticket holder accounts.In addition, the 3D view from seat feature can be used with MNU’s pick-a-seat interactive seating charts during single game ticket sales. 

Ballena also provides a seamless check-out process by linking directly to MNU’s ticketing page where fans enter their payment information and finalize their purchase. First, they review, confirm, and complete their seat selection.
