Ticket Alternative, LLC brings in investors and appoints a new Management Team to support its growth strategy.
ATLANTA, GA - February 5, 2020 - TICKET ALTERNATIVE today announced that the company has brought in additional investors and has created a new Executive Management Team to fast track and sustain its long term growth strategy.
The company will be led by Founder and CEO, Jamie Dwyer, who also assumes the title of President. The new Executive Management team who will be supporting Jamie Dwyer are:
David Davies, Executive Chairman: David has 32 years of experience in management and business. Beyond his expertise in strategy formulation and execution, mergers and acquisitions, pricing and revenue management and enterprise performance improvement, David has played lead or key roles in the successful launch and growth of several global services practices with impressive client portfolios. He has more than 20 years’ experience at the executive level and 15 years of direct P&L accountability for multi-million dollar businesses. David holds his undergraduate degree and postgraduate qualifications from the University of Oxford, England.
Robert (Bob) Brush, Chief Financial Officer: Bob is a CPA with an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. Bob is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience in the tradeshow, events, professional services, and real estate industries. His background includes financial reporting, tax, human resources, risk management, and mergers & acquisitions.
Keith A. Neely, Chief Marketing Officer: Keith studied Theatre and American Studies at Yale University. He holds a Masters in Organizational Management from Ashford University and recently completed an MBA at LSU. He is a seasoned executive with over twenty-five years of progressive management experience. He has a proven record of accomplishment and is known for being results-oriented, high-energy, and hands-on. Of particular note are Keith's successes within digital marketing, eCommerce, and information technology. Throughout his career, Keith has successfully led technology improvement initiatives for major brand manufacturers including Mizuno USA, Hettich America, and Alcoa. With an ever-increasing focus on digital marketing, Keith has demonstrated an innate ability to align technology services with strategic business goals. He has a strong background in project management and business process re-engineering and is highly skilled in brand marketing, eCommerce management, customer service, executive decision-making, and strategic planning.
Susan Stewart, Vice President of Sales and Client Experience: Susan has twenty plus years of new business development, client service, and account management experience at ever greater levels of responsibility. Susan worked for Aegon where she was the Regional VP Sales. Prior companies include Wells Fargo Auto Finance where she started as a Regional Sales Director and was promoted to National New Region Sales Director and as such was responsible for the successful opening of multiple new territories, and the American Security Group where she served as Sales Manager, External Client Service Representative, and Account Manager. Susan attended the University of Florida.
Completing the Senior Management Team:
Dharmattie Brush, Director, Business Management: Dharmattie has 25 years of executive leadership experience in new business development, project management, data management, customer relationship management, research & analysis, and talent management. She has an extensive background in coaching, developing and mentoring employees. She applies principled leadership to deliver rapid results while increasing workflow efficiencies and improving processes. Dharmattie holds a Marketing and Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and an MSc. in Psychology from Argosy University.
Jamie Gordon, Director, Business Operations: Jamie is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Birmingham and has over 10 years of experience in customer service within the music and event planning industries. Proficiencies include budget management, growth strategy, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes for all departments within the organization and implementing initiatives to reduce company costs.
As part of the changes to the Executive Management team, Co-Founder and former President, Iain Bluett has stepped down as an officer of the company to pursue outside interests.
