We have also introduced Retargeting Ads within our marketing campaigns. With Retargeting Ads, you can directly address those potential ticket buyers that may be on the fence about making the purchase, the ones that make it to the purchase page, then for some reason abandon their shopping cart. Here's how Retargeting works: When customers are on your event page and click on the "find tickets" button, a tracking cookie is created. Then, as the customer continues to browse the internet, they are served your advertisement, which by clicking, will redirect them back to the event page, encouraging them to complete their purchase. Once the customers have purchased the tickets, the ads will immediately stop. Retargeting is also highly practical for up-selling season tickets, series tickets, parking, and other additional services.
