ATLANTA - April 4, 2016

Wolf Creek is proud to announce an incredible line-up of openers for the upcoming Big and Rich show, taking place at Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Saturday, May 14. The line-up comes on the heels of the exciting announcement that Wolf Creek has expanded to the country music genre.

“We were already looking forward to the Big and Rich show, but the addition of these opening acts really makes this event something special,” says Wolf Creek Entertainment Manager, Sandra L. Ward-Poag, J.D. “We’re thrilled at the opportunity to reach a new audience and to share the Wolf Creek experience with a new family of patrons!”

The list of opening acts for Big and Rich include:

Cowboy Troy is an American country rapper and songwriter. He is a member of the MuzikMafia, an aggregation of country music singer-songwriters whose membership also includes Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson and James Otto. He has released four studio albums and one EP, including two releases on Warner Bros. Records, and has charted twice on the Billboardcountry singles charts.

Joe Lasher, Jr is a dynamic artist, songwriter and performer whose songs, style, and performances appeal to a broad spectrum of music lovers. Joe has played shows with the likes of Tim McGraw, Rascall Flatts, and Montgomery Gentry. Joe recently released a much anticipated EP entitled "Jack to Jesus" produced by Nashville hit-maker Jeremy Stover in March.

Beth Spangler is on her way to becoming one of pop culture’s quintessential new young stars. Making her national prime time debut on Season 7 of NBC’s hit television series, ‘The Voice’, Beth triumphed over 75,000 contestants and made it into the Top 32 final contestants.The Southern belle is currently touring and performing hits from her debut EP, titled ‘Audio Selfie’. The EP is a compelling blend of inspiration, soul and sass.

Tara Thompson initially gained buzz performing at some of Nashville’s premiere listening rooms and writers’ rounds, Tara Thompson, a Tennessee native, has embraced her Country music heritage while coupling more contemporary sounds. Tara brings a compelling voice and quirky tongue-in-cheek spin on her life experiences, penning all of her own tunes.

All shows at Wolf Creek are ages 18 and up only unless otherwise specified by the venue. Parking lots will open at 4:00 p.m. and venue gates will open at 5:00 p.m., 90 minutes prior to show time at 6:30 p.m. Parking at Wolf Creek Amphitheater is free with the proof of a purchased ticket.
